Andika Dwiparana Suherman Natawiria is an accomplished engineering professional with over eight years of extensive experience in well services, coiled tubing operations, and well stimulation. Currently serving as a Coordinator for Well Services at ADNOC Group, he leads critical operational tasks on-site in Abu Dhabi, leveraging his technical expertise to enhance performance and deliver exceptional results. Previously, Andika held a variety of technical and leadership roles at SLB, including District Technical Engineer for Java operations and Customer Engagement Coordinator for offshore projects in the UAE, where he successfully executed complex interventions, including one of the world's deepest coiled tubing interventions at 35,500 feet. His ability to manage offshore designs, fleet schedules, and technical documentation showcases his strong operational and strategic planning skills.
Andika’s engineering foundation is rooted in a degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, where he excelled academically and served as Head of the Organization Department for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Complementing his technical expertise, he has a rich background in cross-cultural collaboration, having represented Indonesia in intercultural events at Chulalongkorn University. With multiple internships and publications in the oil and gas sector, Andika has consistently demonstrated his commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and leadership in high-stakes environments.
