Ardy Makarim is the Co-Founder of Nyala Indonesia, a youth-led energy transition accelerator focused on bringing energy transition issues closer to youth through podcasts, workshops, and webinars. His team was recognized as Ideation Runner Up at the Indonesian Energy Innovation Challenge and selected for the Student Energy Leaders Fellowship 2021.

Currently, he is a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger, he has also contributed to digitalization projects and training programs for young talents in the energy sector. He holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from ITS, with a focus on increasing Savonius wind turbine efficiency for renewable energy in remote areas.

Tatyana Ibrahim spends six weeks out of every eight enthusiastically logging at drilling rigs around Duri, Riau. During her two off weeks, she often finds herself eagerly anticipating her next on-duty schedule.  She wears blue coveralls on the good days and orange coveralls on those that could have gone better, embodying dedication and resilience in her work.

Albert Ryanta has dedicated nearly a decade—and counting—to a thriving career in the oil and gas industry. Starting as a field engineer, he advanced through roles as an engineering team lead and project manager, steadily climbing the career ladder. Today, he is entrusted with shaping SLB's strategic position in ALS key businesses across Indonesia, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and leadership in the energy sector.

Innovative and strong-willed engineering professional with ~5 years of experience in the energy industry, Joey managed various technology-based solutions to unlock energy potentials under a dynamic working environment. Muhammad Fauzan Aristyo is an experienced engineer with a proven track record in the oil and energy industry, encompassing both upstream drilling operations and midstream project management. He is proficient in Office 365, Power Platform Utilities, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), showcasing a blend of technical and digital expertise. A strong engineering professional, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember.

Ardy Makarim was a Field Engineer Vacation Trainee at Schlumberger from July to August 2017 in Balikpapan. During his internship with the world’s leading oil and gas service company, Ardy worked under the Well Services product line, focusing on the Coiled Tubing Unit. He was involved in generating Nitrogen Kickoff simulations for an operation in Delta Mahakam, East Kalimantan, contributing to the efficiency of oil and gas operations.

Gwyn Walesa is a Field Engineer at Schlumberger, specializing in providing technical expertise and support for oil and gas operations. With a strong background in field engineering, Gwyn is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of various services, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing wellsite activities. Through hands-on experience and technical proficiency, Gwyn contributes to the delivery of innovative solutions in the energy sector.

Gwyn Walesa participated in Schlumberger's Vacation Trainee (Summer Internship Program) from June to July 2014 in Balikpapan, Indonesia. Chosen as one of only two students out of 900+ applicants from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Gwyn was assigned to the Completion Segment (CPS) within Sand Management Services (SMS). During the internship, Gwyn received an introduction to the completion segment and its workflow, while also gaining hands-on experience by assisting employees with daily workshop activities and learning about completion equipment and its functions.
